1. Believe in yourself. No matter how challenging or crazy the task may seem, YOU CAN DO IT.

2.Take baby steps. You don’t have to do it all at one time, take consistent small steps toward your goal and YOU WILL ACHIEVE.

3. Block out distractions. Find a place that allows you to get in “the zone” and go there often. (A foot stompin’, head boppin’ playlist can take you go there mentally).
4. DON’T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER, It’s easy to get discouraged when you hit a roadblock, don’t let that stop you. Find creative ways to progress.
5. Surround yourself with people who are determined to achieve their goals. No Debbie Downers Allowed!

Don’t wait until 2015 to set and achieve new goals. Finish what you started in 2014 and do it with a bang!
